RETURN POLICY
At Coonass Co, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
To start a return, contact us at coonass.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coonass.co@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Fraud
Coonass Co reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or chargeback misuse.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must still be returned unused and in original condition.
